Custom product pages for an NFC review product, still shipping a year on

The situation

Tap and Rate sell NFC cards that collect Google reviews for local businesses. The product is simple to explain in person and hard to explain on a stock theme, where every product looks like a physical object rather than a service that arrives with it.

How they found me

Started as a single Fiverr order over a year ago. Moved off the platform and has been a direct client since.

What was wrong

  • 01The default product template treated an NFC card like a normal physical product, with no room to explain how the review flow actually works
  • 02The buying decision needed a demonstration, and the template had nowhere to put one
  • 03Landing pages for specific business types had to be built by hand each time

What was built

01

Custom product page templates built around explaining the mechanism, not just listing the item

02

A dedicated review-management landing page, designed mobile first

03

Reusable sections so new pages for new business verticals no longer start from scratch

The result

Still building for them today. The engagement outlasted the project it started as, which is the outcome I would look at if I were you.

No conversion percentage is published here because this client has not shared one with me. I would rather show you the scope than a number I cannot source.
